Some food on the menu not available, calamari was very tough, when we complained it got taken off the menu, didn’t have all the sauces for the steak and had no English mustard, how can a pub run out of mustard. Food very average, waitress was very nice and pleasant and very apologetic, management need a wake up call.

We went for Easter Sunday Lunch. We were not shown to our table although I had
pre-booked and vaguely told our table was over there in the corner. Then another person came and took our order. Then we got our drinks and waited some time for starters. Then we ordered our mains and ordered a glass of wine which we had to order again as the waitress said the orders were stockpiling at the bar which she eventually brought herself. This place obviously needs more staff and more style.

We went walking with the dogs on the canal and were going to go into the cuttle bridge inn as it was recommended but we find out they dont take dogs so we rang the white horse as we were parked nearby and they do so we had a lovely lunch in there so we wont be recommending the cuttle bridge. But we recommend the white horse. We did wait abit for lunch but we werent in any hurry as away for the weekend.

5 of us went for a meal last night there was clearly not enough staff. As usual all food was not available even though we were there at 19.30. We eventually ordered and waited a good hour for it to arrive. Sea bass was over cooked and medium to well done steak was very well done luckily edible. We ordered a second round of drinks and had to ask a couple of times if they were going to bring them. The waitress was very cheerful and kept apologising for the delay[not her fault]. She reduced our bill and luckily we are members of AA so got 20% off. Management need to improve this restaurant if they want people to eat there.

Went for birthday meal with husband and 10 year old son.
Ordered food, half on menu sold out, told 40 minute wait.
30 minutes later starters came.
Ordered another glass of wine, 15 mins later arrived.
Then hour after still no mains, told at least 10 mins.
Table next to us arrived 30 mins after us, had starter and main and us still waiting.
So 90 mins later my son has only had garlic bread and starving.
Walked out and never going back!!!
