“Luxurious holiday home with all the comforts of home.”
Reviewed 18 August 2015 for a stay in August 2015

Well what can I say... this home has it all. Everything you could think of it has from washing liquid for your clothes to cooking oil for your food. sarah the owner really has thought of everything.
Good quailty bedding and towels and super comfy beds to sleep in.
The house its self is very close to the High Street and Quay so you don't need your car once you have arrived. They provide car parking tickets for one car as it is permit parking so you can park right outside the house. There are several lovely local pubs all of which seem to be dog friendly.
We contacted Sarah while we were there to ask a few questions and she was very quick in responding which was great.
I would recommend this house without question.

“Lovely cottage in prime location”

If you are looking for comfortable accommodation in the centre of Poole this is your cottage. The cottage itself is finished to a very high standard and is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. There is ample living space downstairs and three large double bedrooms, one of which is en suite, and a large family bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. There is also a utility room and downstairs WC and a small space outside for a BBQ or alfresco dining or drinking.

As for the location you couldn't ask for more. The cottage is situated within 5 minutes walk of town centre shops and a large supermarket and 10 minutes walk away from the quay. There are also great transport links by bus, rail and sea for those wishing to venture outside of the town without the hassle of driving. We parked the car when we arrived and in never moved until we left.

We had a fabulous stay at the cottage and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in the future. I highly recommend this cottage.

“Perfect Place to Stay!”

This isn't our first stay and will definately not be our last either. This cottage is furnished well with everything you need and more! There is everything you need, from cleaning cloths to a box full of games for the children. Being pet friendly, there is also a lovely small couryard at the back for emergencies and a lovely park nearby for longer walks. The bedrooms have really comfortable beds and we slept soundly every night. Each room has wonderful shutters on the windows and we all loved closing them and slipping into bed for the night. The owner has supplied quality bedding and furniture, which makes all the difference in comfort. There is on street parking and we never had a problem with finding a space, the neighbours were also really helpful too. One neighbour spent several minutes telling us where we could park and where to visit which was very kind of him. The wifi is also great, good speed and we never had any issues with connecting. Nearby is a supermarket and the town which is just a short walk away, no more than three or four minutes! The old Town Quay is just a short stroll away too. Honestly, we come back time and time again, the house is definately a must stay in, you won't be disapointed and the owners constant attention to detail and hospitality is superb. Thank you again for an enjoyable time!

“Gorgeous and well equipped place”
Reviewed 2 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Believe the pictures - this is a very pretty victorian cottage, with three lovely double bedrooms, two well equipped bathrooms, a great kitchen with all you could need (e.g. in addition to all the usual stuff, also has flasks, ice blocks for picnics - the list goes on!)

It has a pretty small courtyard at the back - just big enough for a table and four chairs - plus a store which has a wide range of kiddies stuff in there.

It's all really tastefully done, very clean - and unlike other rentals I've been to, basics were there for you (tea, coffee, oil, salt, pepper plus a whole lot more)

It's about a 5 minute stroll to the centre of town, a 7 minute stroll down to the park next to the sea (if you need to stretch your or your pooches legs) and 2 minutes to the Weatherspoons (or Sainsbury's) if you decide you can't be bothered to cook breakfast!

Parking is either on road - or as we were there from Friday afternoon over the weekend, you can also park in the school car park over the road (with permits)
