“Great cottage”
Reviewed 15 May 2018 for a stay in May 2018

Thank you Caroline and Chris for letting your cottage to us. Its a little diamond. It was very well located for the transport festival, the beach and shops. The cottage was spotlessly clean and well decorated. It was cosy and comfortable and equipped with everything needed for a good week in Llandudno. The stairs were quite steep and I can see why its not small child/ infirm friendly but we got used to them quickly.

“Ideal for a great weekend”
Reviewed 24 April 2018 for a stay in April 2018

The location was great close to the beach which was ideal for our 7year old Grandson. He loved going up the Great Orme on the tram and the crazy golf was a lot of fun at the top.
We were aware of the steep stairs before we got there but they would have been a little troublesome if we had done a week being oldies, it was ok for the weekend.
Caroline and Christopher answered all questions quickly.
Milk in the fridge after a long journey was great, the kitchen had everything you need
with a small but very comfy lounge.Every part of this property was spotless.

“Perfect”
Reviewed 15 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

This holiday cottage is a perfect place to stay in Llandudno. It is situated in the Craig-y-don area and is approximately a 5-10 walk from the Venue Cymru. It is very close to local shops and amenities. We found this cottage very clean and cosy and tastefully decorated. The lounge/dining room is compact but comfortable. The bedrooms are separate -one upstairs and one in the basement, but are of a decent size. The bathroom is upstairs and has a combined shower and deep bath. The kitchen is down 2 steps from the lounge/dining room and is a good size for a cottage. There is downstairs toilet off the kitchen -be warned, there is a very small step down to it. There is a nice enclosed backyard area with table and chairs. For us, it was the ideal place to use as our base. It felt like a home. Thanks for having us, Caroline and Christopher -we’d love to come again!

Lovely cottage ,situated in the heart of the Craig y don area of Llandudno,Near local shops and two mins walk to the promenade and beach where you can breath in the sea air and see the lovely sea views,The cottage had comfy sofa, big huge king size bed in the bedroom, lovely compact kitchen and two toilets on the ground and upper level, very handy,The cotage had a basement bedroom with two single beds,The parking isnt at the front of the cottage, but is available in neaby street, which is full during the daytime, well in my case it was!Lovely courtyard area fo sit or walk about in at the rear, only problem I found the stair where very steep to the upper floor,it was mentioned in the advert, but they were the steppest stairs ive climbed plus needs hand rails, sorry,Five mins car ride to the Great orme where there are several things to do,I went to buy a cottage/house there ened up buying a lovely ground floor appartment with large picture windows ,only feww hundred yards fron Cosey cottage,I would hghly recomend the cottage for your visit to Lllandudno and for other local attactions,my dog had a wonderful time on the beach too,Thank you Caoline and Christopher,I will be seeing it soon as a local
