I visited with my family. And I must say the customer service has been exceptional. The staff here have really set the standard very high. I wanted to give a particular mention to Jordan and Phoebe who made us feel so welcome at breakfast and served us with a smile. And nothing was too much. We need our room for another hour so we could pray and they both agreed. This made us feel so very happy. Thank you Jordan and Phoebe, you both are legends!
Stayed one night at Premier Inn. Good location, central but quiet, clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Only complaint is that room was quite hot and stuffy as you can't open the windows.
Clean and comfortable, which applies to most but not all Premier Inn's I've stayed at. The staff in Eastbourne make the difference they are so friendly and willing to help. At breakfast, my son has sever food allergies but they have a comprehensive information folder so he could east a good choice stress free.
This place is clean and conveniently located. A big big shout out to Dawn. What an angel. She made the stay 100 times better. A true asset to the company. An example of Dawns excellent customer service is that the room we were in was getting too cold to turn the ac on. So she gave us fans which were just right. Dawn you freaking legend!

We like this hotel a lot for a stay by the sea. This time we had an even better experience than usual as the reception staff came to find us with our mislaid shopping! So an excellent location and fabulous service.
