Really great experience my first time staying here. Staff was super friendly and helpful; room was clean, well-appointed, with an incredible view of the Channel. Breakfast was amazing - the food selection was wonderful. Overall a 10/10 experience - I’ve already recommended this hotel to others, and I will be back!

Really helpful guidance via emails when we booked ensured the room was perfect for us.
Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything needed for an enjoyable stay.
A lovely big, comfy bed, window seats looking out to sea, bathrobes and slippers, water replaced daily and plenty of storage.
The housekeeping and decor in the room was immaculate as was the whole hotel.
The attention to detail in all areas was outstanding, with many personalised touches.
All staff are very friendly & professional.
The restaurant was a lovely space and food was exceptional, in choice, quality and presentation. Service was also very professional and efficient.
The hotel location has lovely sea views and is great for walking along the promenade.

So lovely - a real family run hotel keeping up standards and making sure we got the best out of everything. The owner was suffering from flu, so we sadly didn’t see him this time, but his staff didn’t put a foot wrong and he would have been proud of them!

I booked the Langham Hotel as the venue for my father's 100th birthday. The venue was perfect for party - extremely well presented with a very flexible set up. The service provided by Butch and Marina was very efficient and unobtrusive throughout. They were also happy to accommodate small changes to plans during the party.
We also had some guests at the party who stayed at the hotel over the weekend and they were very happy with their stay.
The main reason I chose the Langham over other options was the overall attitude and attention to customer service exhibited by every member of the staff that I met. Even the owner introduced himself on the day. It is clearly a very proud and happy team.
The General Manager, Simon Brown, took personal responsibility helping me organise the event from the other side of the world (I live in Australia). His attention to detail and caring attitude was exemplary.
I absolutely recommend the Langham for similar events and accommodation.
We enjoyed a fabulous 4 day stay at Christmas, Wendy and Neil the proprietors and all the staff were just excellent. All staff were very friendly . We had a beautiful sea view room which was cleaned every day including Christmas Day ,the attention to detail was fantastic. The Chef and his team provided a creative and delicious menu each day just fabulous. We will be looking forward to returning in 2025.
