Absolutely Faultless an absolute credit to the owners if you are looking for a hotel where you can only say Absolutely faultless in every way this is the place to stay. We will certainly be returning very soon for another amazing stay we would also like to say there is free entertainment with a young man called Paul who is excellent a few evenings a week we cannot find any negativity at all with our stay.
This hotel is superb - it never disappoints. The friendliness of the staff and their efficiency is second to none, their staff selection is spot on, a credit to the hotel management. All rooms are decorated to a high standard and are comfortable and welcoming, with little touches of biscuits and bottles of water, hot chocolate etc. It is great to see that they have toiletries available rather than these terrible dispensers that are attached to the wall - another example of how they stand out from the crowd.
The food is in a class of its own - it was not a surprise to learn that they had won the Blue Ribbon food award for 2024/25, the menu choices were varied and all excellent, beautifully presented and of a good size - would rival any high class restaurant, where you would no doubt pay a lot more.
We would not hesitate to return again and nor would we hesitate to recommend - its a real gem of a hotel. It is not part of a chain and really deserves the highest rating.
Went here for a pre-lunch drink as we had booked lunch elsewhere but liked it here so much we cancelled our table across the road and stayed for lunch in the bar.
Food was good and drinks not overpriced, which makes a nice change!
Staff friendly, efficient and helpful.

The Langham Hotel is truly first class in all respects.
The combination of excellent accommodation, memorable high quality food and a most helpful staff combined to make our stay in Eastbourne most enjoyable. In the past I spent three years working in the Caribbean staying in numerous hotels. I would rate the Langham in the round as good as the best hotels we encountered in the Caribbean.
We certainly intend to return.
Lovely location on Eastbourne seafront. Parking is available but we parked on the road outside easily ( low season, probably impossible in high season). Staff were exceptional, we arrived early as we were attending a memorial afternoon tea for my deceased FIL. Allowed us access to our room early so we could change (drove from North London). Nice vibe in hotel bar albeit very pricey (even by our London standards!) Afternoon tea was superb, staff were attentive and respectful. Food was wonderful and plentiful, one of the best afternoon tea's I've been to. Room was clean but small, bathroom very small but it is an old seafront building so they can only work with what they have got. Breakfast was lovely. Good selection of food. Overall very happy.
