I’m truly sorry to hear about your experience. Preparing a bespoke order for 30 guests from our full menu can sometimes result in delays, and I apologize for not keeping you informed during the process.
Serving undercooked food is never our intention, and and on that day, we sold 14 burgers, all of which were homemade and freshly prepared. Each burger is temperature-checked to ensure it reaches 78 degrees before being served.
Your specific issue was reviewed by both our chef and manager, and I regret that your meal did not meet your expectations.
