Just back from Imperial Eastbourne
Had a great holiday food and entertainment were very good
Pleased with our room 403 clean + warm your cleaning team were excellent
Problem with waterpresure plus tv but didn't spoil our break
Enjoyed our half price drinks !! Plus bingo win

The room was comfortable, the hotel warm and food very good. We are going again on 17th January. We have asked for the same room. We will be celebrating our 59th wedding anniversary. Hopefully the weather will be good. Looking forward to our next break.

Car parking right outside the hotel and great value for money.
The food was very good.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
Great location very close to the seafront and town center.
Entertainment was very good.
Rooms clean and tidy.
Excursion was available aswell.

Just back from the Imperial staying there for a Christmas break! Had a wonderful time, everywhere spotlessly clean, food amazing and wonderful staff! Nothing was too much trouble for them! Hoping to go back next Christmas! The staff worked so hard!

Came to this hotel on 30th Nov with bingo club,was really enjoyable holiday the only downside was you did not get wifi in bedrooms and really this ought to be considered cause when im on holiday I like to have wifi at all times,but apart from this the staff,meals and entertainment was great,the shower was not good was very slow,keep the good work up
