Stayed at the villa for 1 week, transfers were arranged when we took the villa which was helpful, Andy picked us up right on time and was very friendly.
The actual villa is very nice and the pool is great, the photos don't do it justice on how close the pool is to your back gate.
We have two young kids under 4 and the pool area was very safe and the neighbours have kids toys that everyone can use.
There wasn't all that much to do in La Zenia however the beach was close enough and a huge new shopping complex 10 mins away.
Would recommend if looking for relaxing time and great value for money.
Stayed in this holiday home in July with my family, including 3 children, 13yrs, 9yrs, and 3yrs. The house was just as pictured, and very well kept. Plenty of security on doors and windows. The gentlemen from the management agency were very nice and friendly and helpful. The pool communal area was very nice, clean and safe. My son was disappointed that there was no inflatables allowed in the pool but this was understandable as it would have been chaotic. There are 2 pools and both have a childrens paddling pool. These are situated right outside the back door, so was very convenient and safe. There are plenty of shops nearby. The beach was within reasonable walking distance. And there are a number of bars and restaurants nearby and in the neighbouring resorts, all were very reasonably priced and good food. It was difficult to get taxi at the taxi rank, so I would recommend either getting taxi from the apartment or at the La Zenia boulevard. If I were to go again I would hire a car.
