The Classic Suite was very spacious and comfortable, with a small kitchenette in one corner of the living room and a bedroom.
Close to the Metro, Herrengasse is the closest metro station, which is 5-10 minutes away by foot.
The pick up point of Airport Bus is also 5-10 min away by foot, great option if flying out of Vienna. One of the receptionists helped us with this tip when we asked for metro directions to the airport.
Many restaurant options near by. Cafe Aera which is 3 minutes away is a good option with authentic local food and drinks, not very touristy, has separate smoking and non-smoking areas, also has live performances on some days.
Not so good:
The directions to the hotel shown on the hotel website were not helpful. One should get directions before hand from Google Maps if approaching by foot from the metro.
Located at one edge of the main city block, hence far from a few sites, though a long walk can take you there too.
No retail/grocery stores in proximity.
Breakfast space is a little tight and gets crowded and waiting times increase when footfall peaks at about 9am.More
