Well we're do I start we decided to come to this hotel on the reviews it got and I can really understand why there so good. The wedding day was so special and well organised the staff are fantastic they never forget you and they can't do enough for you they are also fantastic with kids the food is 1st class with plenty to pick from and always different the gardens are beautiful and it's based right on the beach front we're the water sports are also launched from. There is a path that goes through the back off all the hotels along the see front to the harbour which is a 20 min steady and pleasent walk. I would like to make a special mention to herick and rad two of the reps there they are amazing with everybody life of the hotel in my opinion. It's also easy to get around we're ever you want to go via taxi cheap and very quick there is also a bus stop at the end of the road we're you can get a all day rider for next to nothing there is a little shop just outside of the hotel that sells alsorts the guy that runs it is a brill guy . The hotel manager is also fantastic always makes conversation always makes sure everything is ok and really wants you to have the best time you can nothing is ever to much I would just like to say a massive thankyou to all the staff especially Gabriel he managed our wedding and did a great job better than we could ever of thought anybody who is going to this hotel I am jealous and anyone who is thinking about going you wouldn't be disappointed we are booking to go back next year thankyou Louis imperial from the new mr Mrs mccormack . A return to a hotel that continues to offer great value for money (all incl) at a suburb beachside location. Wonderful sea view room - spacious, very well maintained and cool (wonderful aircon)....mounds of delicious, plentiful, mouth-watering food (local and English menu)..friendly, efficient staff. There is an 'in-house' Japanese fusion restaurant offering alternative cuisine. Two excellent pools and facilities for outside, pool side dining. Probably not the most modern of local hotels, but it is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Inland facing rooms do not have sea glimpses. Plenty of room / locations to chose from for sunbathing...e.g pool side or lawned area down to the small sandy beach. The lawned area has brollies and sun-loungers..plently of space too''..Poolside can be tightly 'packed' and is generally regarded as the 'kids area'. There is an adventure / playpark for younger children. The Entertainments Team provides events throughout the day and into the evening...for children and the 'big' children? Only one mark against - there is only one outside, 'Terrance' type bar facility, and for a hotel of it's size is fairly small and uninviting and in need of some serious modernisation / updating. The All Inclusive facility is very generous, but all drinks are 'local'. The whole area is flat, level and very well lit and paved and all hotel pathways lead down to the beach. As an aside - the hotel is a centre for TUI arranged weddings. For anyone considering using the facility, I suggest the client asks the TUI Rep not to turn up in her TIU regalia!

Room Tip: Select a sea facing room - because the view is worth it! 'Inland facing is exactly what you get.

This hotel is situated in front of the beach with lovely gardens and very comfy sun loungers. This was our 3rd visit in 4 years and we will certainly be returning next year.

I travelled with a disabled friend and we were allocated a shower room, rather than one with a bath, I did contact the hotel in advance with this request.

The food is really good quality and there is something for everyone's taste. The salads are delicious, as are the cakes and puddings.

The staff cannot do enough to make sure your stay is a great experience.
Those who deserve a special mention are Daniel, Maria, Hiba in the the main bar, Yanis in the restaurant, Peter delivering the drinks in the gardens, Eleanor
front office manager, and the wonderful ladies who look after our rooms.

There is a promenade walkway to Paphos harbour which takes about 20 minutes but make sure you do this either early morning or late afternoon as the temperature reached a high of 42 degrees midway through the first week.

A great extra service is the supply of ice cold flannels round the 2 pools and garden areas late morning to cool you down before lunch.

There is an evening trip on the Waverider, a boat where you have a meal, live band, acrobats and fireworks, great entertainment and well worth the extra if you can afford it.

Room Tip: Book a sea view room as the extra is worth it.

We stayed for 11 nights whilst celebrating our anniversary. We had high expectations of the hotel having read all the fantastic reviews. In the main we had a lovely time. The bottle of champagne and flowers left in our room on our arrival was much appreciated. We were at the front of the hotel so no nice view but hey you can't have everything! Room was well equipped with lots of storage and although a little tatty in places was kept lovely and clean. Air Con was also excellent. Yes you have to pay for safe but I have found this to be the case in most hotels. The food..was excellent. The best we have ever had in an All Inclusive and the puddings are to die for! The gardens and pool areas are kept really well and apart from the usual saving of prime sunbed spots you could always find somewhere to sunbathe and unlike some of the other nearby hotels you weren't all squashed together.
A few negatives though. Yes the waiting staff do come and offer you drinks but the service can be inconsistent and the same applies in the restaurant. They are either asking you want you want before you have even Sat down or you wait for ages while other people get served ahead of you. And the only other gripe I have is the restaurant is open for dinner until 9.30 and yet from around 8.30 onward the staff start clearing tables and relaying for breakfast. One night they cleared our table, unfinished drinks included while we were getting our pudding, even though my bag was still on my chair. It just gives the impression they want you to hurry up and finish. BUT these are minor complaints that didn't spoil our holiday . It's a good hotel and most of the people we met were returners so it's doing lots right.

We have just returned from 2 weeks at this amazing hotel, it may not look as posh as some of the newer hotel but it was brilliant.
The staff work tirelessly to make your holiday memorable, they smile and genuinely seem pleased to look after you, that could be down to the Hotel Manager Cris who is always around making sure all goes smoothly. The public relation girls and the animation team are always on hand to keep you advised of the daily activities.
We had room 363 on the third floor which had a sea view and overlooked one of the pools, the bedroom was very comfortable and kept clean with bedding and towels changed regularly, the bathroom was maybe a bit small but loads of hot water and a good shower.
The food in this hotel is first class with themed nights and always a roast on the go, a Japanese fusion restaurant open 4nights which you can visit as often as you like, and one lunchtime each week an outside BBQ which was fab, it has the best drinks menu we have ever had on any AI holiday.
There is an adults pool if you want a quieter area very comfy sun beds and loads of parasols there is a great promenade which takes you to Paphos harbour well worth the walk which takes about 30 mins lots of great places to shop, a lovely shopping mall and the inside market is great too, walk the other and it ends at a beautiful old church. All in all a super holiday, as Cyprus is one of our favourite destinations we will be going back soon try it you won’t be disappointed.
