We chose a superior room on the waterfront and were glad we did. We were on the fourth floor, so could sit out in the morning with a coffee or in the afternoon with a glass of wine and watch the harbour action.
It was good to have a location so close to the bus routes, Sliema ferries, boat tours restaurants and pretty much anything one would need or want to do on a holiday.
We felt the room was of a good size and liked the fact we had a sofa to sit on when we were in the room for any length of time. The superior room comes with a coffee maker and fridge, so we could keep some cold beers or wine handy after a long day of climbing up and down the Valettta hills.
The room was quiet for being on the front and the curtains kept the room dark.
The staff were very helpful and courteous.
The room decor was modern and tastefully furnished.
We found the bathroom to be a bit small and tired, broken tiles and a toilet that was difficult to flush properly. our only negative comment.
We did try their breakfast once, but the buffet was not to our liking.
We stay at this hotel again and would recommend it to othersMore
