We wanted to be close to Glentress to mountain bike but also wanted a nice place to come back to at the end of the day. It was a beautiful apartment, immaculate and had everything we needed. Gorgeous comfy bed and furnishings with oodles of hot water and a great shower. Kitchen was well equipped with all the mid cons. Highly recommend this gem of a find and really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches that helped make our stay so special

The accommodation was just as advertised and was a wonderful place to stay. The kitchen is well equipped and is the perfect size for a couple's holiday. Just outside Peebles, the location was perfect and made for easy access to some beautiful places such as St Mary's Loch and biking trails. Would definitely recommend this and hoping to come back soon. Thank you!

1 review Great spot to stay. Everything we needed, close to MTB and Lucy was a great host. Good choice for a couple on a short break.

Lee Penn is a wonderful apartment perfect for two people. It is really well furnished with everything brand new and of a high standard. We especially liked the wood burning stove.
The surrounding area is beautiful to explore by food and the local town of Peebles has a great arts centre and nice coffee shops to just sit and watch.
Thoroughly recommended.
