Stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Malmo for a couple of nights whilst working on the city. The location is ideal, having flown from Heathrow into Copenhage, then taking the train across the Oresund Bridge to Malmo, the hotel is only a short walk from Malmo Central Station. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room, was spacious, and well appointed, and the bed pretty comfy, and most importantly, quiet - nothing worse than a location or room with too much noise!!.
Breakfast was interesting, if you are not used to Scandinavian food, but enough of a selection for most taste buds. Did not use the restaurant in the evening, but from the Bar, a Gin and Tonic (Spirit of Hven Organic Gin from Sweden) was SEK 135 (just over £12.00) - needless to say, whilst I knew drinks in Sweden were on the pricey side, it was my first and last.
Overall, with friendly and polite staff, this is a good hotel, if you staying in central Malmo with easy access to many bars and restaurants in the evening.More
