The house was not very well maintained and did not have several items as described by the owner. E.g. internet access should be available at the house, but in reality you have only poor mobile signal outside the house at your own costs using your mobile (expensive for all foreign tourists).
Toilet paper and garbage bags should be plenty available, so we did not bring it with us. Only to find half a roll of toilet paper and no garbage bag at all at Saturday evening (shops closed for the weekend) at arrival. We had to borrow from the neighbours. These are not very expensive items, but so absolutely necessary.
An electric trike should be avaiable, but after pumping up the flat tires, we could not find the charger and also discovered, that the brakes were broken. Later we heard, that the trike had an accident much earlier. Why not update the info to give renters correct information? By giving wrong information the owner is certainly not helping us to make the right preparations.
This was not a pleasant experience.
