This hotel is in a great location and that’s about all the positive things I can say about
We have a room for three Adults and it is like a youth camp
The beds are shocking and consist of a mattress topper only and the size of them are like a chocolate finger so narrow and uncomfortable
Air conditioning unit worked but made an atrocious noise vibrating
So I think must be better value for money elsewhere I wouldn’t say it’s a 4 star more like a 2/3

Good stay with a bit of disappointment

I have been here a couple of times and I have allways been satisfied. But this time it wasnt that good. I booked a deluxe junior suite on the hotel's own website. It said there were balconies in some of the rooms. When I sent a message to the hotel that I would like a room with a balcony, they said that it cost 250 Danish kroner extra per night! Why print it when it's not included in the displayed price anyway??

We had access to the lounge, and it is luxurious in itself, but when the drinks and snacks ran out, it was not refilled. Carbonated water ran out pretty quickly and when I asked for a refill I was directed to drink non-carbonated water that was in a jug. Access to the lounge was one of the reasons why I chose a more expensive room, so it was disappointing when most things ran out and were not replenished.

Otherwise it was a good stay. Comfortable beds, good breakfast, friendly staff and perfect location.

Room tip: If you want a room with balcony, contact the hotel before you book. You might have to pay extra!

Thank you for mentioning comfortable bed, nice breakfast, friendly staff and great location.

We are sorry for the disapointment in regards to the extra cost for the balcony and we can see from your previous stays that you also paid DKK 250 ektra for a room with a balcony. We will of course look into if we should inform about this on our website.

Not all our high-category rooms has a balcony and that is why there is an extras charge for it.

We apologise for your experience in the lounge and we will forward your feedback to the Restaurant & Lounge Manager because it is supposed to be refilled.

Noisy Experience

Due to refurbishment works in a nearby building where the works started during week days at 5 AM, the experience was a noisy one.
Also the 24 h open Seven Eleven doesn’t help.

As downtown as possible!

There is no location better for being city center than the Square! Accommodations are good value for the price and getting around town is very easy. Only criticism is we tried to arrange an early check in and they just couldn’t do it. No big deal though, the staff was great and enjoyed our stay.

Never stayed and money taken from my bank account

I made a booking and cancelled weeks before it.
This hotel with zero communication to me took 272 euro from my bank account , returned 269 of it 5 days later after I contacted my bank and have not answered my communication to them .
Beware and stay clear - totally unacceptable .

Not impressed

The room was very noisy with ventilationsystem just outside the window. The breakfast was not impressive, with few choises. And since we had to book table for breakfast, it made us less free to either sleep in if we wanted or go out sightseeing earlier.
