We visited this Nyhavn restaurant twice, on consecutive nights. The first night, a Friday, we had an absolutely amazing meal, which is why we came back a second night. The mussels and caesar salad were particularly outstanding. For entrees, my husband had the veal medallions and I had the fillet of sole.
On the second night, a Saturday, there was obviously a different chef. They were extremely busy and our waiter was overwhelmed. We ordered the mussels again, and they were not nearly as good, lacking the ingredients and spices which had been in the broth the night before. The lobster bisque was also missing something. This meal was just average, and the service not up to par.
If you give this restaurant a try, I hope you will luck out and get the chef we had on Friday night!
