The hotel location is very good and has a unique architecture. But these are the only good things.
We stayed in a deluxe room, which was supposedly better than the standard rooms but our experience was far below expectations. Just some examples:
1.It was a very warm weekend but we found out that the room had no air conditioning....that meant we had to leave the window open the whole night and the continuous noise from the road was unbearable. If you want sleepless nights that would be ok but not if you want to sleep in a room you pay so much for...
2. Of all the sockets in the room only one was working...try to charge different devices or use the kettle with only one socket working...
3. Shower head half blocked, with very poor stream of water, so even having a shower was problematic...
5. The corridor on our floor was used for storage of hotel material. Not only of was cluttered but a safety risk as well
4. Deco and furniture were a bit dated. But to add insult to injury there was a brochure in the room advertising the new renovated rooms that were under construction. Yet we had paid a lot if money for nothing.
If you want to get decent service for your money, just choose another hotel.

2 night stay for a conference. Arrived midnight and was given 6 floor room city view. Horrid stairs going to bedroom tiny bathroom no air-conditioning. Specially in bedroom very hot add it's too floor. 2 tiny Windows with no reach. Found a noisy fan in the wardrobe. Sockets very low and a hidden. Unless you don't want to see how a nice Danish prison feels like it's stay away.
Imaging going to the toilet in the middle of the night down the funny stairs.
By the way no master switch when you get up to sleep.
How could they give 4 stars to this hotel is unbelievable.

The hotel was in a perfect location. We got a free room upgrade and it was fantastic. Faced the water with a lovely view. We had a long layover so we were only there overnight but it was worth the drive to get away from the airport and walk around in the morning.
The bed was very comfortable and the staff was helpful, friendly. I would definitely stay there when we come back to actually visit Copenhagen.

I slept two nights in this Hotel and both mornings somebody knocked on my door and came into my room! Both times in times I was lying in bed and screamed loudly No after somebody knocked on my door not only one time - the first time at 9 am and the second time at 11 am before checkout. The door was locked and i wonder who has a key and obviously no ears. I could not have screamed louder after multiple times of knocking on the door. It is astonishing that this not happened only one time and I highly advise amybody not to stay a single night here expect you want to have your room door opened from outside while lying in bed. Each price would be to high for this damage of pirvacy in this Hotel - two times! Luckily there are other hotels in town so nobody has to run the risk of having the door opened from outside at 9 and 11 am!

This hotel looks very nice from outside and the location is good but has a lot of problems.
Staff: very unfriendly and some very rude
Management: disorganized
Rooms: clean, extra charge for a better view from the room, without informing you
WiFi: not good
Breakfast: very good
Restaurant & food: very very expensive and the food not so good
Service: ok
Overall , too expensive for what you get!!
