We had a couple of weeks here recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The hotel is relatively small, which is appealing to us, with very friendly & helpful staff. Rooms at the front overlook the beach and rooms at the rear uncultivated land. Not having stayed here before we were allocated a room at the rear. It was a fair size and the 'bathroom' was well appointed with a good sized walk-in shower and the water was always hot. If you like a soft bath towel you may need to bring your own! Towels were changed every other day but for a couple of these changes they were hard & rough.
There is a fair sized wardrobe for hanging clothes but limited shelf storage so one case could not be unpacked. There is a free wall safe in the wardrobe.
Air conditioning was available for which we paid 3 euros per night. There was a fridge in the room, which would have been more useful had the power not gone off when you were not in the room. There was a nice covered balcony. The bed was a little harder than we are used to but we slept well.
There is very nice breakfast room overlooking the beach. Breakfast was disappointing. The muesli had a strange soapy taste and the alternative cereal was a little strange. We did not want a cooked breakfast but that was limited to scrambled egg and bacon or sausage. On a couple of days there were a few other options. Only thin white sliced bread was available for toasting and the same tinned apricot & pears were offered each day. In addition, the food was laid out in a very limited space so there was often a queue, as only a few people could get to the food at a time.
The hotel restaurant was adjacent to the beach, so it was a lovely setting and the food was very good. There was a good choice and very reasonably priced. The service was friendly & efficient.
The hotel is sited on a a very nice beach with clear blue sea. We enjoyed a couple of swims a day in the lovely warm sea. The hotel pool was a fair size but there were limited sun beds. The alternative, which we preferred, was a couple of sun beds & an umbrella on the beach, for which the hotel charged 8 euros per day.
There are a number of very nice restaurants in the area but most have to be reached by walking on the edge of the road. There are no pavements and limited street lighting after dark so it is recommended that a small torch be carried. Local drivers are very considerate and clearly used to pedestrians in the road. As we like to try different restaurants and have a walk after dinner, we were disappointed with the hotels location.
There is a very good local bus service, which runs every ten minutes and costs 2 euros per person to Skiathos.
Overall, as mentioned above, we enjoyed our stay here very much. It was clear that many of the guests returned here regularly, as many knew each other and this added to the friendly atmosphere.

its a great hotel with lovely staff and breakfast. However they didnt put the air con on in 40 degrees heat as they dont put it on until July (we were there in June but the drop box wont allow me to say that ). And they only have a dozen comfortable sunbeds. The others have wooden bars that dig in your backs.

Love this hotel, the staff are fantastic and so welcoming and efficient. The food is good quality and reasonable price and they do daily specials. Comfortable seating in the lounge after dinner drinks and you can sit overlooking the sea for a romantic evening dinner.

Well worth a visit for a snack or a meal. In the day its a busy beach snack bar with a great menu , superb views and very handy for the sun bathers and in the evening it is transformed into a romantic location for a great evening meal overlooking the sea and beach .The service is always good , the menu is broad , very good for fish and the late night views are paradise
