This is our third stay & we love it. Very clean rooms & great pool area. Fab location for town. Would highly recommend. Manolis is a great host very friendly. Easy walking distance to lots of local tavernas nearby.

Coming to the end of a weeks stay... found this by chance on the internet and it looked like somewhere that would be too good to be true for the price! We have had a fantastic stay. We stayed in a bungalow and had more than enough space. It was like our very own apartment. Big kitchen with full size fridge freezer, full size oven etc.. huge bathroom recently refurbished with walk in shower. Huge bedroom with super king bed really comfy, great thick white cotton bedding and loads of storage. Had a huge terrace where we had coffee every morning.. there is even a filter coffee machine in the kitchen!
Manolis is clearly very proud... he had thought carefully about the design and artwork around the place. The bathroom door for example was handmade by him... all the quirky artwork in the bedroom again handmade by him. A real mix of vintage meets modern with the trendy boutique like pool area. Oh and the gardens are beautiful!
So much better than your usual Greek self catering room and great value for money.. we will be back!

We stayed here with our grandson and we loved it. It's within walking distance of the shops and restaurants and we hired a car to get to the beach.
Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves when we returned from the beach on several occasions. Room was spacious and clean and the bathroom modern with a great shower. Have stayed at several types of accommodation on a Skiathos from 4 star hotels and private villas to basic rooms. I'd really recommend this lovely little hotel. Manolis is great too. Looking forward to returning next year

My boyfriend and I just recently stayed at Manolis house for 2 weeks (4th July - 18th)

We stayed in the superior double room which is on the ground floor, a few meters away from the pool.

The room was large and decorated beautifully. Manolis had clearly taken time to create unique artwork all around the room and pool area. It had a modern bathroom with good shower, kitchen space within the bedroom area but as the bedroom was large this was fine. The kitchen had pans, glasses, plates and knives and forks etc. I recommend to bring your own (or can buy from the shop 2 mins walk away) washing up liquid and sponge, oil, salt and pepper (just the general little essential things you need) the room had a lovely dressing table perfect for getting ready at and also a hair drier (perfect!)

The Gardens as most people have commented are a lovely surprise as we the hotel is based in the town so it's nice to have the garden and nature feel. Going back to location this is really what's perfect about this hotel, it's just at the top of the main pedestrianised street with all the shops, just far enough to not be noisy in the evening but close to get to all you need. Biggest bonus is the closest to the bars and restaurants yet the how relaxed it feels, the pool is a great size, gets sun and shade all day and until late in the evening.

The bus stop number 4 is close by, however we didn't use this instead we hired a quad for a few days and could park right outside Manolis House. As mentioned there is a small supermarket shop 2 mins walk away, a taverna is also just opposite the hotel and is very good.

Overall Manolis is a great host, super friendly and kind. The room was perfect and the pool was great. During the day sometimes we would be the only people at the pool, it was wonderful. No question was too much for Manolis and We really felt at home and would not think twice about coming back. We definitely hope to in the near future.

Thank you Manolis and of course Lolita
