An amazing beach, completely unspoiled and undeveloped, just a small cafe/bar. Beautiful bay, a great place to escape to, away from the world!

Gomati is on the north side of the island, so generally is windy with waves. It has a wild beauty that speaks to my soul. There are nearby sand dunes that are also worth the visit.

We were there in June before the main season. It is a very long beach with fine sand. There were not more than 10 people overall. There were no facilities (shower, toilets, shops, beach bar was closed) and your car will get muddy or at least dusty.

Perfect if you want to avoid too many other tourists.

Combine it with a visit of the sand dunes near by. You can also see and climb around on an old tank from WW2.

Great Beach combine this with a visit to the Limnos desert, the beautiful natural sand dunes in the North part of the island, after 4 KM of good drivable dirt road you will end up at a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear waters.
From the beach you have view at Samotraki and Tenedos islands in the North

Very closed to the sand dunes on Limnos, at the end of an unpaved road, you can find this beautiful beach, quite long, with a very fine sand and very clear water.
On the left part of the beach (as you look to the sea) there is a kantina and umrellas and chairs. You will find also a toilet and a cabin to change your clothes. I didn't see any shower.
Towards the right part of the beach there are only umbellas that you can use with your own towels or just to stay away of the sun.
If you are on Limnos it's a must to see the sand dunes and then to cool down on this beach.
