Stayed for three nights in the Presidential Suite as part of a two week stay in Crete. The room itself is very nice, on two levels with a comfortable bed, good closet space and a huge bathroom. Only design flaws are be that if, like me, you're a larger lady, squeezing past the freestanding bath and the glass door to get into the shower can be a challenge - and the wardrobe is in the sitting room for some reason. The private roof terrace provides an excellent view of Chania harbour - you can be overlooked there but realistically this will be the case in a built up old city but the small sitting area upstairs provides a great den to read in when you want to get out of the sun.

The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, with great advice on local restaurants. Breakfast is typically Cretan /buffet style , so I can see why if you stayed for a long time if may be same-y, as mentioned in other reviews, but you will encounter the same thing all over the island - without the home made cakes ;-)

All in all, a great stay - thank you.

Amazing hotel. Staff is among the very best and services are unmatched. In a great location in Chania, Greece with access to old town and the water. Restaurants close by and the beach is 10 minutes away where you will find some of the best seafood to be found.

We spent 3 wonderful days in Chania. The hotel staff were superb , booking us a fabulous walking tour , helping with ferry tickets , cleaning the room and being generally helpful and warm. Pluses: location, ambience, breakfast, rooftop deck/bar. In need of a bit of improvement : the room and air conditioning. Perhaps it was just the layout of our room, but the 2 level “apartment” was disappointing - poor air conditioning flow in loft where bedroom is, floors and especially staircase extremely slippery with no railing, and tiny bathroom on 1st level. Suggest avoiding this room type. Otherwise excellent.

My husband's boss recommended Casa Delfino and we are so glad we stayed here! My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Our room was tastefully decorated and quiet (which we appreciated), and the venetian harbor was right around the corner.

Both mornings during our stay we had to get an early start and were able to have an early breakfast in the peaceful courtyard. We also enjoyed having a drink on the rooftop bar in the evening - we had the place to ourselves and an excellent view.

Our experience at Casa Delfino was outstanding in all respects. Wonderful welcome, great homemade breakfast and all around great service and attention, whether it be providing beach towels, organizing car rental and early morning transportation to the airports.
