Decided i wanted to be out of the main drag and somewhere quieter and walked up the hill at the port and found this place. Really interestinf order system as the items were written in English and you tick what you want. Amazing tzantziki. I seems to get a dry toasted bread and those after me got fresh bread. No idea why? Wine was good. Really well priced. Great portions and tasty food.

Went here for food with friends, the waiter very kindly informed us that we’d ordered way too much food, took his advice, when the food came they were large portions of gorgeous Meze and mixed grill, chicken and sea bass. We definitely would have struggled if he hadn’t forwarned us! Added extra of raki and lovely cake with ice cream after. Had a great meal, it always seems busy here which is always a good sign, give it a go if you’re in Ag nik. Excellent food with honest and helpful service.

Had this place recommended to us about 2 yrs ago. Didnt Mae thecyrip from Stalis to Agios Nikolaous then but decided to do it now. Currently on a 3 week R&R holiday after a health scare so making the most of it. After finding a parking space literally our side me and the Mrs and our 2 friends went in and from then we were made to feel welcome,no pressure or hovering writers just relaxed with a beautiful view.Menu is plentiful, plenty of choice so as you do we ordered a few plates of local foods and a few Mythos ..water for me and after a short wait the plates came...and came ...and came ...and came and came At the end we were so stuffed we couldn't move for half and hour or more..again no pressure from staff to eat and leave..treated to some very very tasty cakes and ice cream for free ,bill was reasonable for a party of 4 but cheaper than we expected so worth leaving a handsome tip to the hard working young lad. He thanked us and shook our hands as we left ..was it worth the petrol money...YES. was it value for money YES will we return Hell YES ..A gem of a place with great food and a great view and great staff..Once youvgetvyour head round how the menu works 10 out 10 from us. Thank you to the man who recommended it to us 2 yrs ago apologies for not coming sooner..I know he lives locally to here so Efaristo poli for that one geezer

Accidentally found this nice cosy restaurant. We went there twice and they didn’t disappoint us. The daily dishes were amazing and the service fantastic. Food was not too salty ( unlike the other restaurants) fresh prepared and portions are generous. Lots of local people eating there with a mix of tourist.

We ate here 4 times during our stay in Amoudara, Crete. Restaurant is great value for money & serves amazing Greek food. We tried many dishes on the menu, favourites were the fresh mussels & prawn saganaki, so delicious! Staff are really friendly & welcoming. Would eat here everyday if we could, highly recommended.
