Great food, ordered various appetizers to share at incredibly reasonable prices!!!
Must have the fava bean split pea appetizer, the Greek salad and the dream mushrooms. The eggplant salad and chicken and mushrooms was also very good. And order the surprise red wine 1/2 liter. So smooth!!!

Thank Ana H

Wandering through Plaka as one does, not been here for years, and was beginning to despair of the rather uniform standard (and generally even uniform style) eating places, till I came upon 2 places around the middle of the trajectory (Acropolis Metro to Monastiraki), opposite each other.
Enthusiast alert: I’ve not had Classic Greek Food in Greece for about 5 years, but 3 dishes here (or was it 4) and half a litre of very excellent house wine and I was right back with it. This is why I love Greek Food! And in Plaka too, not always an obvious choice for something really great.
I was attracted by the way it looked like an island Taverna wandering off down the hill, and by the fact that there was an actual Saganaki section on the menu - as a cheese fan I can tell you this is a rarity. Apart from that, I remember a great Cretan salad, a non-obvious herb/green that I’ve already forgotten the name of, an aubergine salad I had to restrain myself from texting a friend about (she’d have been too jealous) ... all deeply classy food. Ignore the overcrowded places with the same bouzouki boys and go somewhere with character and imagination bursting out all over. Traditional but not predictable, the essence of the essence.

We’ve eaten traditional small Greek tapas and all was very good (and simple). The aubergine is excellent! Recommend!

Ok. This place was average for us. Location is great, the greek food is fine but you can have tastier at other places. Service is ok.

People saying more either exagerate or don’t try real greek food outside of the touristic areas.

The restaurant is well located and the service is really quick. A bit disappointed by the hard cheese and the feta too hard, chewy and salty. Moreover, the taste of the eggplant appetiser was a bit hidden by the one of the olives. The "Dream" mushrooms and the spicy beef-tomatoes were correct but didn't blow our months.
