Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we headed to the pool area to be met with stunning views! The area was chilled & relaxed & very welcoming. I instantly fell in love with the place. Staff at the pool bar were very friendly & food delicious (we had a burger & chip between 2) When I went to enquire if the room was ready reception staff knew me by name! They helped me take the luggage to the room which was spacious, very clean & overlooked the pool. There was even a small cooking area, microwave & fridge in what I thought was the wardrobe!!There was plenty to choose from at breakfast & food was good , there really was ample selection to suit everyone’s tastes. Cleaning staff were polite & friendly & made our towels in to swans for our anniversary, they also left us a bottle of sparkling wine for both our anniversary & my birthday which was much welcomed. There are plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day, so no manic rush to claim them at 6.30am. WiFi service was good throughout the complex. There are restaurants & a supermarket near by & a walk along the seafront in both directions (although can be a bit hilly).
