Gaspar's Guesthouse is just wonderful. It is a very welcoming accommodation that almost feels like a home away from home. Gaspar is the most welcoming host and offers an array of tips and recommendations for food, tours and sightseeing sights.

This is without a doubt the best place I have ever stayed in. Gaspar is welcoming and truly engages with guests on a friendship level. He provides us with a feeling of comfort. He offered various ways to get to know this beatiful city. The room and the shared spaces were spotless clean and very cosy and comfortable. I loved our "family breakfasts" with other travellers. So happy that I got this recommontation from a friend of mine in Munich. See you soon again Gspar.

Gaspar House is the best choice you can do if you need accomodation in Lisbon. It is a very clean, fancy, lovely house and you will feel at home from the moment you step inside. Gaspar is an amazing host, he speaks many languages and he prepares excellent breakfats and is always ready to help. The place is very close to metro station, bus and train station.

Gaspar house is so much more than just a well-known, stylish place to stay; Gaspar himself is like a personal tour guide, he gave us so many niche little places to visit tailored to us. He is so knowledgeable about Lisbon, knowing every detail from secret rooftop bars to the best custard tarts in town. It's the sort of place you both want to tell everyone and nobody about because it's so good that you want it for yourself! We will certainly be returning to see both Lisbon and Gaspar in the future.

Our family loved living at Gaspars house. It is clean with big beds and great breakfast. The metro station and the bus station is just outside the door. Gaspar is the nicest guy and after a few days he felt like family. He gave us a lot tips about what to visit and where to eat and so on. We don't have anything negative to say about the room or Gaspar. Lisbon is a great city to visit as well. We hope that we can come back soon to Lisbon and Gaspars house :-)

Gaspar House is FANTASTIC. From the minute the door is opened you are welcomed into a friendly, stylistic, and lovely home. You feel like a long lost friend rather than checking into a hotel. The beds are comfortable and the place is the cleanest I've ever seen in all our travels. The breakfast is hearty. What really makes Gaspar House stand out is Gaspar. He truly cares and wants his guests to have a great time and love Lisbon and Portugal as much as he does. HIs recommendations for sites and restaurants are spot on. He is the essence of Portugal - friendly, caring, and a sense of style. HIs enthuasium is catching. Can't wait to return.
