We had a great time in the house of Arianne that is beautifully located in the heart of Lisbon, right next to the Portuguese Parliament. The rooms (2 connected sleeping rooms and living are) are beautifully decorated in old Portuguese style. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom private and clean. We enjoyed breakfast at the terrace opposite the street and found some nice typical restaurants for dinner at a few minutes distance from the house.
Arianne was a lovely hostess that gave us lots of information about the interesting things to do in the area. We went to Bairro Alto for a Fado night, and visited a lovely parque nearby. The bus (in front of the house) brought us to the cultural centre of Belem where we tried the famous `Pasteis de natas". Arianne, we will come back to stay longer because there is so much more to see and to do in Lisbon! And we will certainly recommend your lovely place to our friends.
