While on a Pilgrimage with 206 Tours, I stayed at Hotel Aurea for two nights. The hotel is a short walk from the Fatima Shrine (and shops), there is a grocery store across the street if you want to stock up on snacks and water. The room I had was very spacious, well appointed, comfortable and clean. The breakfasts and dinners we had at the hotel were very good. The salad bar at dinner is very good, enjoyed the cod and desserts. I will definitely stay at Hotel Aurea again. Thank you.

Best location ever...
It is next door to the bus station of Fátima.
About 600/700 meters from the Main Church.
5 minutes walking distance from the town center, with free parking area, also around the hotel.
Loved the ambiance, decoration and friendly staff!!
Our room was amazing.
View to the forest area behind the hotel, no noise , no fuss..
Spa available for reasonable prices.
At a few minutes distance there are great restaurants, and cafe's..
Everything is near by..
The reception staff has an area next to the reception where they keep our luggage when you need to check out, but need to wait for your transport. Free of charge 👍
We had an excellent experience!
We will return!

I had a 4th floor room with balcony to the side, front and back. Beautiful decor, with the sun featuring (in keeping with the "dancing sun" of Fatima legend). Very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The room was rather dark even with all the lights on. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful. I didn't eat at the hotel, but the restaurant looked attractive and there was a sun terrace. It's not far from a useful supermarket. Countryside views at the rear.

Room tip: At the rear, above 2nd floor.
