Hotel Avenida de Fatima, is a fantastic Hotel, the staff is friendly and the food very good. Rooms & bathrooms clean and very well attended. I'm here with 24 other friends for a pilgrimage and we are all very happy to have chosen this hotel to stay for 4 days.
Will recommend all my friends and family to come here.

The hotel is in a quiet and safe location just a few minutes to the basilica entrance. It has private parking but we parked on the street as we found a spot directly in front of the hotel.
The bedroom was a fair size with a large balcony. The beds were was comfortable with great pillows. The reception and restaurant staff were courteous and pleasant.
Buffet breakfast was included and it was plentiful. Dinner is available but I think the kitchen shuts early. There were restaurants within walking distance.
The Wifi and airconditioning worked well. There were a few English TV channels which was great. The room had a safe which is always a bonus.
The hotel itself is exactly what you expect, but the staff made it special.

This was a 4 star experience for a 2 star price. I could spend a week here. The staff were friendly and warm, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms were well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel to travelers before they are found out and raise the prices. Nice parking close at hand and free.

The Avenida Fatima Hotel is a nice and modern unit, very well located. It is near to the Santuary ( 10 minutes walking ), with plenty of parking space very close.
A very good relation price / quality. Recomended.

It's a fair-value hotel, without frills, but works well. We were a group of 11 people for 11 rooms, and the booking, check-in, check-out and payment went smoothly. I was upset to find hairs (including pubic hairs) of the previous client in the shower and floor of the bathroom. Breakfast was weak, with little choice, and the coffee was totally undrinkable (only later was I told I could've asked the waiters for decent coffee). I wouldn't mind if I had to return, but wouldn't make a point of it.
