We disappointing experience. For business traveler basic things missing: hangers missing from the room, not even one ironing board available in the whole hotel, part of the breakfast tables dusty, very limited healthy breakfast options etc. I felt sorry for the staff. With small improvements this hotel could be a lot better. Very difficult to give feedback to unvisible management. Sorry, I’m not able to recommend this hotel to anybody,

Not a pleasant choice, the mattress is old, no comfort at all, the pillows are like a rock.
This aint a nice place to stay, if you really enjoy a good quality sleep.

The breakfast is small, but well its 3 star, can't ask much more.

If you are wondering, to park your car, their park is small and almost always full, outside is paid, until 2 am, from monday to sunday.

The AC is terrible and not healthy at all, due the filter not being changed.

They use carpets, so people with allergies aren't welcome.

First and last time here.

I am staying here for 4 nights and i am really happy with my choice.
(Double room with an extra bed)
Checked in by Mrs Olga, with a very warm welcome.
We had a top floor room on the 4th floor with a lovely view and balcony with amazing views!
The rooms is good size and very confortable, such as clean.
The breakfast is ok and the staff is also attentive.
The location of the hotel is ideal, 5 min walk to the beach.
Supermarkets and restaurants near by, such as the Casino where they have a daily buffet dinner.
I do recommend the hotel.

Location is good but there was complete lack of comfort. The mattress is so old that makes noise when you move. Toilet broke during the stay and pillows were uncomfortable.
Price of 150 euros per night without breakfast was completely out of reason. After 4 nights my back was hurting and my wife had her neck hurting.

The pros: Staff are nice, location is good.
The cons: Terrible breakfast, the same every day, poor choice, soggy scrambled eggs and sausages, minimal fruit.
Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors arguing and doors closing, ancient furniture from a time warp that is cracked and peeling, infrastructure is cracked an peeling (shower and sink faucets), poor WiFi, poor light blockage at night from the lights of the casino. The room itself is a good size, but the bathroom is tiny and cramped, you can barely turn around.

The unfortunate thing is that this type of hotel at this price seems to be the standard in Estoril. They need better hotels if they are hosting world-class conferences at their conference center. Cascais is too far away to walk, if you want to be right next to your hotel, as I like to be.

Room tip: Just avoid in general, or at least get a room away from the street and casino night lights.
