Location is good but there was complete lack of comfort. The mattress is so old that makes noise when you move. Toilet broke during the stay and pillows were uncomfortable.
Price of 150 euros per night without breakfast was completely out of reason. After 4 nights my back was hurting and my wife had her neck hurting.

The pros: Staff are nice, location is good.
The cons: Terrible breakfast, the same every day, poor choice, soggy scrambled eggs and sausages, minimal fruit.
Very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors arguing and doors closing, ancient furniture from a time warp that is cracked and peeling, infrastructure is cracked an peeling (shower and sink faucets), poor WiFi, poor light blockage at night from the lights of the casino. The room itself is a good size, but the bathroom is tiny and cramped, you can barely turn around.

The unfortunate thing is that this type of hotel at this price seems to be the standard in Estoril. They need better hotels if they are hosting world-class conferences at their conference center. Cascais is too far away to walk, if you want to be right next to your hotel, as I like to be.

Room tip: Just avoid in general, or at least get a room away from the street and casino night lights.

The hotel has a great location. We were well received, the room, in terms of space and sights (gardens, Casino and sea) was excellent and the breakfast, the usual. However, we stayed on the top floor (4th floor) room 408. No matter what, refuse to stay in this room. The elevator door is 50cm away from the bedroom door and the engine is right on top.
Plane and simply, you can not sleep. I spent the two nights listening the engine’s noise and people’s voices. We stayed two nights. One more night and we would require that they move us to another room or ask for a refund and leave the hotel.

Room tip: Go as far as possible from the elevator area.

We spent a week in this hotel in first week of February 2018. There are many good reviews on this hotel with which I agree. It is very clean and very comfortable beds in nice room with balcony overlooking Casino and the gardens and sea at a distance. Good breakfast as mentioned by others and delicious fresh coffee. Our breakfast was not included so we had to pay extra for but worth it unless you do not want to fill yourself and leave room for lunch and the lovely coffee shops. Highly recommend Garrett the beautiful coffee and pastries shop and very reasonable in Estoril. Very fashionable with elegant Portuguese. A lot of nice coffee shops to visit in Lisbon. The hotel is extremely easy to get to only 5 mins walk from Estoril train station and transport is very cheap. Very convenient to the largest casino where you can get an excellent buffet for €15 including wine or beer. Highly recommend this hotel which includes FREE WIFI. The slight bad points is that on one night the people in the next room came in at 2am and spoke very loud and can hear them. But this was only for about 15mins. If you want to use the safe it costs €1.50 per day. The €1 per day charge per person is a Government tax. Otherwise very good and we would more than happy to stay at this hotel again. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room tip: Third floor with balcony facing the Casino and views of the gardens and sea was good only slight noises.

This 3 star hotel offers all the basics.
We stayed in one of the renovated rooms on the top floor and the views are pretty good from the balcony. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The room doesn't have mini bar facilities so anything you need you can buy from a shop near by.The insulation in this hotel is non existent so be prepared to hear everything.
The breakfast is very basic with fresh bread rolls daily, ham, cheese, scrambled eggs and small coffee selection. There isn't fresh juice neither continental option. Staff over roll was friendly with a smile and good English.
Location is very central and close to all amenities, casino, supermarket, train station and beach.
