The perfect choice. The hotel is situated in a quieter area with shops nearby. The bar area is perfect for drinks and sun bathing along the canal. The room is nice and clean nothing special but very comfortable. Most importantly the owners and the staff were all very pleasant and always happy to help.

Service quality distinguishes this hotel from most in Europe. The manager took time to take us through all the public rooms and then sat with us to tell us the places to visit in Bruges.

The breakfast service was faultless and smooth. Fresh juice, bowl of exotic fruits, platter of pastries, breads, cheeses arrived on table.

The room was impeccable. Lovely bed. English channels on TV. Separate rainfall shower. Good AC. Coffee machine.

Impressive 700 year fully modernised hotel. Amazing service.

A beautiful boutique hotel tasteful decorated in the center of Brugge. You arrive to a welcome drink on a private patio overlooking the canal. Very quiet and private. Despite the old world charm the rooms are well equipped. Stunning bathroom with large bathtub.
Very helpful staff offering advise on attractions, restaurants, tours, train schedules, etc. I would recommend for a romantic weekend away.

This place is great! It’s a small boutique hotel with outstanding service. The room was well appointed and very modern. It’s got a great location just minutes away on foot from the main Burg square. The building is an old home and there are several rooms downstairs that are available for sitting and just hanging out. Additionally, there is a great patio with tables and chairs off of the bar that overlooks a canal. Breakfast, cocktails or tea may be taken on the patio.

The owners are super accommodating and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely canal side hotel, formerly a private home. Upon arrival by car, a staff member opened the gate to the parking area. Parking is in an enclosed area for a fee, and well worth it as parking in a Brugge can be difficult. We left the car both days and went by foot around the city.
The lower level and reception is beautiful with much art and design from the original family on display. Italianate style mixed with interesting art. Space includes a pretty garden room, private dining room, restaurant, bar and outdoor seating area with a view of the canal. What a treat to sit outside upon arrival with a welcome drink & watch the tour boats drive by. All encounters with staff were fabulous.
This hotel has a lift. Our room on the 2nd floor -#24- had a king bedroom with an upstairs loft. Everything was comfortable and tasteful. Exposed beams lent a nice architectural feeling to the room. The loft had a desk and sofa area which was nice for reading & working. The room was dark and quiet for great sleeping at night.
The bathroom included a separate jetted tub, shower and 2 sinks. I used and appreciated the tub, which was comfortable and allowed reading due to armrests. All nicely appointed. The toilet was in a separate room.
Breakfast was not included, but would be lovely on a nice day on the terrace. We walked a short distance and had breakfast near the square both mornings.
This is a lovely hotel which we would stay in if we were to return.
