Owner description: Dominating the Sablon Square in the center of Brussels, this church was transformed from a chapel into a major gothic church starting in 1436 through the beginning of the 16th century, and truly exemplifies the Brabantine gothic style of architecture.

Dived in here to get out of the rain, but have to say, even though I feel like I have seen 1,000 churches, this one has great stained glass windows.

Located just near Medi or Central Station.
Cleaned up and this enables magnificent photos to be taken in detail of its Gothic features.

Located near the royal museum area, the medieval church of Notre Dame has impressive exteriors with ornate decorations and designs. The historic interior offers stunning stain glass windows and a lovely altar. The sculpture are amazing. The Gothic style has survived the ravages of modernity and has received care. The area around the church seems to be a hub with shops and restaurants. The Palace of Justice is not that far from the church. Definitely wort a visit if you are at the royal museums and is easily walk-able from the Grand Place. Work the time, and free entrance.
