What an amazing place!
Everything is well taken care of and it is definitely worth a visit, even if the weather is grey!
A place to go back!
Unfortunately when I visited this place today it is closed, but got the glimpse of garden from outside
there is a path you have to stay on
lovely place to visit and cool down in the shadow during the hot summer
Just outside city center, quiet.
Japanese garden here, only open 2 short periods a year in Fall and Spring
We walked around the perimeter of this garden but on the day we visited it was not accessible. It looked lovely and was full of trees, plants, flowers and much more. It surely would be a beautiful place to walk through and relax.
It is only for a brief period that this garden is open to the general public in summer and in autumn. The garden is intimate, romantic and has different locations where you can imagine to be in Japan. The walk along the route in the park is not too extensive to be tired and offers enough interesting spots. It is well maintained and by keeping the opening days limited protected against too much pressure. Access is free.
Nearby you will find a tea house to take refreshments, tea or coffee or to have a bite.
