Hotel refused to refund or offer any sort of flexibility on our booking due to covid restrictions. We booked the hotel almost 12 months ago with no knowledge of the current situation and have received 0 service for what we have paid for. Given the positive reviews we were really looking forward to our stay but will stay well clear of this place when we eventually get to Amsterdam! Shame on you for not supporting your customers through this difficult time
