Mukki's Rantang feels like a little piece of Indonesian heaven between all the Albert Cuyp clothing and stroopwafel stalls.
I'm always welcomed with a smile and a (free) cup of jasmin tea before I start the hard task of deciding what to eat.
For a small snack the lemper (sticky rice filled with seasoned chicken) is a must and the best I've ever tasted. Mukki her homemade hot sauce makes it even better.
Also the corn cookies with shrimp are amazing, but you have to be there on the right day as they aren't always on the menu.
When your stomach is asking for a bigger meal, do me a favor and order the rendang with fried rice. It's better than my grandmother's (please don't tell her that). You can thank me later
