Perfect spot to land & be in the center of all that beautiful Eindhoven has to offer , coffee machine in the room much to my husbands delight ! Modern clean rooms satellite TV , hairdryer shower and all mod cons , step outside and you are adjacent to the main shopping street ! Bike hire available in hotel , one negative , no smoking area , we went up and down to the street , in hindsight apartment may have been a better choice , staff were friendly and very helpful with directions information etc , rooms cleaned to a high standard daily

A 10 minute walk from the train station in the downtown of Eindhoven made this a great place to stay .

Bed was not very comfortable but otherwise room location etc were good .

A nice welcome also with an upgrade was appreciated

We had booked months ago as we'd stayed here in 2017. We were in transit all day and when we arrived at 9.30pm we were told booking.com had cancelled our room 3 hours earlier as there was an issue with our card. There wasn't. The receptionist was really off hand and unhelpful and simply shrugged when I asked how our room had already been rebooked saying "Eindhoven is very busy". She and her colleague made no effort to help us find alternative accommodation. Luckily we know the city and found a room at another hotel. Very poor customer service and actually overpriced compared to the lovely room we got elsewhere.

When I arrived at the hospital, I asked for a room and the lady at the reception told me they had no standard ones but suites. However, I could see in different online platforms (booking.com, trivago.com etc.) that they were available rooms, therefore I asked her specifically about one I have seen online. In the end, she told me that a studio was indeed available for the night. At that moment the phone rang and she kept on talking and laughing for about 5 minutes while I was waiting. The final shot was when she tried to surcharge me 5 euros more than the normal price. The studio had a nice view but it was not super clean, since I found hair on the bedsheets. Moreover, at around 4 o'clock in the night there was a lot of noise in the corridor and stairs because of other tenants that lasted for about half an hour. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, because of the bad attitude of the personell and the services.

I stayed here in the studio room for a couple of nights.
I selected it based on the central location, I arrived by train and it was a ten minute walk from the station - very easy to find.
The studio was lovely, spacious enough with most of what you would want provided....however there were a couple of frustrating omissions- no full length mirror and no knife or scissors in the kitchen (which seemed a little odd when I wanted to cook a meal!)
The place was clean, comfortable and had great WiFi, there are plenty of places in the area for eating out if you don’t want to cook.
I did have breakfast (paid for through the hotel) it’s in an adjacent brassiere, a simple buffet of hot and cold items - with very friendly service. Actually all the staff members I met through the hotel were very friendly.
I would definitely consider this hotel again when I am in Eindhoven.
