food is too cliché, normal, usual and below standard especial for buffet . every hotel must have that special food that will make someone say I will come here again for that fish, that salad and that meat. your food is usual I don't know
It was excellent as always. I'm requesting them only to add fridge into all hotel rooms. These will minimise to inconvenience the guest that were expected to be in the room that fitted with the fridge for not changing their rooms.
only disappointment was the pool was out of service. other than the pool, the overall service and friendlyness of the staff was excellent and we had an warm comfortable stay at the blackrock.

Breakfast was nice except had to wait for refills of food.because there was a function on we found waitress could not accomodated the lounge for hotel staff, waited for service to order and receive drinks
I had the pleasure of visiting the Shebeen pub last fri evening with a few friends .the place is a true authentic irish pub.the owner came to our table for a few minutes.his charm and Irish wit really makes the place electric. We enjoyed a few pints and a nice meal.the bartenders are friendly and very fast.If ur in the BlackRock neighborhood u must stop in and enjoy a few pints. An ideal place to take a date for Valentine's.
