We stayed here for 2 days, and took a tour which started on an open top bus, then a little train and finished with a boat trip on the lake itself. Geneva is simply beautiful - it has a very relaxed feel. If you get the chance it's definitely worth taking a guided tour as there is so much to see from the old town to the International quarters.

The water was a little hyper this evening, but the sun made up for it. Take a stroll and go to the other side where the fancier side is. More excursions and boat rides on that side. Avoid souvenirs there. Better and less expensive in town.

Walking on the shore, crossing the lake on the mouettes, watching the world go by. A wonderfully chilled way to enjoy Geneva.

This crescent type lake is one of the largest lakes of Europe. It is shared by switzerland an france. It is a picturesque sight with a massive fountain that reaches a height of 140 metres. It is extremely relaxing taking a stroll alongside the lake ir sit on the benches and enjoy the cool air and soak in the sights.
