You could not ask for a better location to walk a half block to the lake, catch a bus with the free cards, get something to eat or buy some chocolates. The lobby offers free coffee, croissants and apples and has fanciful areas for lounging. Each floor has a unique piece of art. The beds are very comfortable and the room, very quiet. We were in 403. The bathroom is very tiny, and the shower design with a 1/2 curved door is a real challenge and always leaves puddles of water on the floor. Also, the hanging closet is a joke for anything longer than a shirt. Forget hanging your pants in it. The website lists free breakfast, but that is ONLY FOR A CERTAIN CATEGORY ROOM. Be careful what you book if you want it. And our sliding bath door came off the track. We are told on a Sunday that the repairman was not coming back till Sat. But they were happy to move us to another room. Since it was our last night, we opted not to change rooms and my husband put the door back on track and all was right again!
