I wouldn’t say that this was one of my most favourite hotels in Switzerland, the position of the hotel was fantastic though. I felt that they should’ve included breakfast without the extra cost, staff gave us some misleading information before we arrived and while we were there that did impact some of our stay unfortunately.

You could not ask for a better location to walk a half block to the lake, catch a bus with the free cards, get something to eat or buy some chocolates. The lobby offers free coffee, croissants and apples and has fanciful areas for lounging. Each floor has a unique piece of art. The beds are very comfortable and the room, very quiet. We were in 403. The bathroom is very tiny, and the shower design with a 1/2 curved door is a real challenge and always leaves puddles of water on the floor. Also, the hanging closet is a joke for anything longer than a shirt. Forget hanging your pants in it. The website lists free breakfast, but that is ONLY FOR A CERTAIN CATEGORY ROOM. Be careful what you book if you want it. And our sliding bath door came off the track. We are told on a Sunday that the repairman was not coming back till Sat. But they were happy to move us to another room. Since it was our last night, we opted not to change rooms and my husband put the door back on track and all was right again!

The hotel is perfect for city break, nicely located. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.
We even borrowed an umbrella during the last day of our stay.
If the shower screen could be more watertight would be perfect.

Room tip: We stay in a quiet room which faces a little square

I stayed here for a few days on business. The hotel is well located for getting around Geneva. Near the train station and buses to the UN and the Botanical Gardens. My room was clean and my bed was so comfortable - I had a great night’s sleep which really set me up for my meetings. Hotel staff were welcoming and I would stay here again.

To the staff at the hotel - thank you.

This hotel is perfectly situated whether you are on holiday or on business. Located one block from the lake and just across the river from the town centre. It is delightfully decorated in a fun Art Deco style. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. I can't wait to return
