Most of what has been said before we found to be correct. Nice location for getting into town, although we did have some difficulty arriving from the train station. The bus stop is at the TOP of the hill and 10 escalators are needed to get there. Then a short walk from Gramsci bus station to the hotel.
If anyone has issues walking, there are ground floor rooms, but be aware there are 52 stairs to the second floor and another 22 ground to basement for breakfast.
Breakfast was Ok, but a warm item, scrambled eggs, would have been appreciated, but otherwise fine.
We did have an evening meal twice and we would recommend this. The only comment is the menu does not change and choice is a bit limited for the mains. A chefs special each night would be nice and also the same each night is no challenge to the chef.
Our only negative is we were unable to get our bathroom towels dry. After a morning shower they were still wet in the evening. This was addressed one night with fresh ones, but when asked about heat "not until 1st November"
All in all, a nice 4 night stay and would recommendMore
