Lovely 2 bedroom apartment with lots of charm and character. Very well located within easy walking distance of everything Florence offers. We rented the apartment through a management company called Apartments Florence for a three week stay and found the service and response to be top notch. Everything you could possibly need is in the apartment - plenty of linens, a toaster, espresso and drip coffee maker, ample fridge, etc etc. The bedrooms are located at the back, away from the busy street. We were 5: 4 adults and one teenager who slept on the sofa bed. Unfortunately, the living room (where the sofa bed is) faces the busy street so it tended to be s bit noisy for him. If you are a family of 4 or 2 couples, you wouldn't ever hear the noise. The neighbour ladies who live full time in the building appear to be long time residents. A few words in Italian and they were won over! Tons of great restaurants close by and easy access to the supermarket should you wish to eat in occasionally. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends. My only negative comment is the wifi signal doesn't reach to the back of the apartment (presumably because of the thick concrete and plaster walls) so if that's a concern, maybe see about a signal booster of some sort. Otherwise, it's an awesome place.
Nice apartment in fantastic location. The organizers were all very friendly and helpful. Kitchen wasn't very clean and could do with a few more mugs and glasses. Quiet apartment even though in busy street. Easy walk to all attractions, great sandwich shop just outside the front door. Great to have two bathrooms. Had a wonderful time.
We are 2 couples who stayed here for 3 nights in July 2016. The booking process was very easy and straight forward. It is very well located by the major museums and attractions. It is across the street from the busiest sandwich shop in town so the street could be busy at times. The apartment was in good shape and the AC worked well. Overall it was a great experience and a great place to stay.
We were 2 couples and booked the De Neri Apartment for 3 nights. The apartment was vry well equipped and spacious with 2 double bedrooms and bathrooms.
The best part about the apartment was the LOCATION...it was walking distance to every tourist attraction...close to many cafe, pubs, eateries, lounges and the whole vibe of the place was amazing.
The check in procedure was prompt and helpful by a fellow Indian (co-incidence)
We loved this apartment. Spacious two bedroom, two bath in a charming yet modernized Italian style. Via De Neri is a busy street, which we liked. The apartment looks down on the famous sandwich shop All Antico Vinaio, which is everything people say it is, and we enjoyed the people watching out the window. We were there on 12/31, and while the street celebrations were a little loud (as expected), it was very quiet in the bedrooms.
The apartment is literally a two minute walk to the Uffizi, and maybe five minutes from Santa Croce. In other words, the location was fantastic.
We rented from Apartments in Florence, and I highly recommend them as well. The welcome and checkout were great.
