This was just the right amount of time, walking, and information for ur family of four. We learned so much and gained a great appreciation for the culture of Palermo and those who are turning to make changes for the better. Highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide was knowledgable and deeply passionate about the eradication of the mafia in Sicily. A little early in the morning for my spouse but great given that you get it done before the hottest part of the day! Definitely gave us an additional opportunity to learn about Palermo through a different lens. Highly recommend this tour and supporting this great organization. They are doing incredible things for the greater Sicilian community.

I have recently returned from Palermo after a short break and my wife had booked this tour as part of a birthday present whilst we were over there as I have a keen interest in the mafia and the impact they have. It was really interesting to see the anti mafia perspective given on this tour and the clear battle that is still going on to this day. Our tour guide was Stefano and he was extremely passionate over the impact the mafia have on Palermo and it's people. He was also very informative and brutally honest with the stories told how the mafia had corrupted Sicily and it's institutions taking away any romance over this criminal organisation. I highly recommend this tour for any visitors regardless of any prior knowledge you may have about the subject. Me and my wife were very pleased with this tour.

Can’t recommend this tour highly enough. Meeting at the Piazza Verdi in the centre of Palermo, the guide explains how the city is pushing back against the mafia and by means of a walking tour illustrates the organisation’s interactions with politics, religion and the local economy. Guides are incredibly passionate and really know their subject. You will not be disappointed.
