Following a previous trip advisor review we decided to visit. From the outside it looks like a old fashioned pub, it does have seating inside at the rear hidden behind the bar area and a few tables outside.
The menu is a fixed price €12pp,
-first choose your pasta & a sauce,
(Some options were Spaghetti/ ravioli/penne/big tubes of pasta like macaroni/ sauces: deer Ragu / carbonara / spicy tomato/ tomato)
- then choose your meat or fish (Some options were, tuna, sword fish, sea bass, cold beef & salad dressing / pork loin in beer sauce / pork escalopes in mushroom sauce / leg of pork)
- along with sides (e.g grilled veg, croquettes)
- Followed by coffee or a liquor.
You can also add dessert for an extra charge.
As a couple including beers and a dessert to share the total was about €35.
Great service from our host who I believe is the owners son. He speaks English so was a great help to us!!
A nice experience away from the usual busy tourist places. We always had a good meal with plenty of food!
Thank you for looking after us so well as we ate here 3 times!!
Dinner is served from 8pm.
