We booked this from previous reviews on TA. Elena (the owner) was very helpful and kept in contact with us before and after our stay. The apt was right in the centre so great for exploring Verona - it's 50m from Piazza Erbe (but a little noisy at times, as there is a church next door and the bell chimes every hour but not all night, so that was fine).
The apt was clean and had all mod cons for cooking etc which is useful when travelling with young children. The beds were comfy with ample quilts etc. It has 2 nice sized bedrooms and a lovely bathroom with a power shower. The living area is spacious too. The kitchen is smallish but fine for most people's needs and has a fridge, gas cooker, oven. table and chairs. Perfect!
There is a TV but no channels in English except a film channel, which was fine for us but some people may want English channels. There is also no WiFi, which again was not an issue for us. One other thing to point out is that there are 2 flights of stairs and no lift, so people with mobility problems may struggle a bit - this was not a problem for us.
I would def. recommend this apt for couples/families

This apartment is in an ideal location to explore all the main sights in Verona. Being just off Piazza Erbe and Via Mazzini, it is very central .
The apartment itself was just as shown in the photographs. The window near the table in the main living area looks out towards Via Mazzini. This pedestrian only street is always busy which made for great people watching.
The only minor cons for us were, having no internet access and no satellite tv. There were also a few flights of stairs to get up to the apartment which my mother found very difficult after a day of sightseeing.
Tip - get a taxi from the airport to the apartment for €25
I would have no hesitation in recommending the apartment .
