We went here for 3 days with my family (4P).

Location:
Great. Close to the Rialto Bridge, very nice area.

Service:
Very friendly, all restaurants bookings from the concierge were outstanding, transfer from the Airport was without trouble -> really good. Communications/respond by Mail was very fast.

Rooms:
Nice Rooms, big bathrooms, great view on the Canal Grande (recommend to book the canal view rooms). Light situation in the bath room (mirrow area) could be better, but the rest is really fine.

Bar:
Nice Bar, nice and real italien Bar Man, great Espresso Martini. Price wise close to the limit from our point if view (18 Euro for a cocktail), but good quality and service.

Breakfast:
More than we expect from a italien Breakfast, but less than we expected from a 4,5* hotel for > 400.00 Euro per night. Hard boiled and/or fried eggs costs 6 Euro each extra -> that must be included from out point of view, same as maybe some salomon, bigger Bio chesse collection etc. / in such a hotel that would that improve our rating from 95 of 100 to 100 of 100 points without big costs on Hotel side.

Sometimes the little things could improve the last percent to perfection.

Anyway a great choise for Venice and hopefully next time we can rate 100 of 100.

Took a 3 day weekend break and settled on Hotel L,Orologio.
Very happy and no complaints. Hotel is 3 min walk from Rialto Mercado vaporetti stop so super convenient, and wonderful to walk through the market and fish market with amazing produce. Hotel staff were extremely welcoming and helpful during our whole stay. Room was spotless, stylish and comfortable. Weather was inclement but never felt cold in the hotel.
Breakfast a little limited in the hot department but plenty of cereal, yoghurt, fruit choices - perfectly satisfactory for us. Hotel will also arrange a comp water taxi to Murano for a glass tour (one way only but the factory sometimes has a returning taxi you can share)
In all a lovely stay with no complaints.

Lovely hotel on the Grand Canal. We paid for the GC view room. It was on the 4th floor, in the roof; stunning windows looking onto the GC, beautiful beams of the roof. The room was large and very comfortable, the bathroom had a super shower, no bath.
Quiet hotel in a great location, 3 min walk from the Rialto bridge.
Breakfast was brilliant. Fresh, tasty food, excellent coffee, good variety and a nice place to sit.
The staff were excellent, efficient, polite and helpful, especially those on reception.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: worth paying for a GC view

Excellent hotel, in a perfect position on the Grand Canal. It had very welcoming staff who were very helpful with the one of our party who was in a wheelchair. The rooms were well designed, the breakfast very good - especially the prosecco!

It a beautiful hotel situated near the market, perfect location. Walking distance to anywhere. Room simple and nice. The only problem was when we were there and it was so cold -8 outside our room wasn't warm enough and couldn't turn up the heater so end up staying under the duvet and breakfast was too simple doesnt have much hot breakfast variety. Staff were very kind abd helpful. Would recommend
