Highly recommend this rental. It's a few stops on the Vaporetto (water bus) from San Marco and a few from the train or bus station in the other direction. In a quiet, more residential area away from the crowds. The apartment was very comfortable. It was nice to have a kitchen and a washer. Daniella, who managed the apartment and lived on the same floor, was super responsive and helpful. You can't go wrong.

This place is well located, away from noise, vaporeto is free, supermarket at walking distance, good kitchen. We had a pleasant stay with 0 problems. The way a holiday should be.

Recommend highly as al alternative to both the Hilton, and crowded Venice. Apartment was as described, and more. Lucrezia's communications were excellent, and her people were very helpful . She checked in to see how it was going when we were there! Clean, well, maintained apartment in a residential-hotel complex that was made from an old factory. The shuttle to Venice was right at the hotel, and ran every 15 mins. Not loads of dining options, but a couple of very good ones.
