We stayed here during carnival weekend - a comfortable hotel away from the noise but in easy walking distance to all the activity.

Unfortunately the nescafe sachets were a let down, a proper coffee machine with real coffee would be far better in an Italian hotel.
The walls were quite thin, but our room was lovely and we were give a free upgrade to a room with a canal view.... beautiful!!

The staff we met were always polite and courteous, especially Erica on reception who was incredibly friendly and helpful with many aspects of our stay.

Overall we would recommend a stay here, and would be happy to come back.

Room Tip: request top floor

We stayed in this hotel over Christmas. Very nice hotel - nice furnishings, well taken care of. We stayed in a 3 person suite which had an upstairs loft room. Very spacious, and nice. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, with lots of options. It is far from the crowds, which is very nice. Quiet neighborhood. Venice is small, and its not hard to walk to take a water taxi to other areas.

Room Tip: The 3 person rooms with two levels are very nice, and spacious

What I loved about this hotel was its location, at walking distance from the centre but yet far away from the crowded area. The hotel itself was also good, not a 4-star, but you get what you pay for. Recommended for citytrips.

Located close to Sant Alvise vaporetto station and Campo Ghetto nuovo, this modern hotel offers nice rooms. Most of these can be used for 2 children families with duplex rooms.
Breakfast is nice and you have space for it which is quite rare for Venice.
Nice to have: you can come directly by boat.
One point of improvement: fridges are not really working. Don t expect to have cold drinks inside :)

We stayed here for two nights in early September. Arriving by boat was a novelty, and the welcome area in the reception lobby with iced water and fruit available was a nice touch. We had a double room on the ground floor, it was clean and comfortable. The location is good, away from the crowds so was reasonably quiet. You could walk to the Grand Canal and the Rialto bridge, took about half an hour but walking in Venice is no chore with so many interesting things to see along the way. The hotel had a small courtyard where Coffee, drinks and snacks were available in the afternoon. The breakfast selection was amazing!
