With friends. We travel to new cities every year. This year courtesy of Easy Jet we are in Venice at this hotel. It’s well situated out of the tourist trap area but close enough for the water bus. The hotel looks good from outside and is attractive inside in marble. Exceptionally clean through every area. There are lifts within the building but the main reception is up a small number of steps. There are computer facilities (at cost) and printing (at cost) in reception area. The Mask Bar on ground floor is nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Food is available although we did not try it. Rooms very clean with all sorts of facilities. Toothbrush, razor, toothpaste, slippers and all manner of extras. Hair dryer, tea and coffee. Lovely bathroom with big bath and powerful shower. Breakfast superb with some hot food alongside cereals and continental. Waiting staff lovely, polite and helpful. Overall we think the hotel represented exceptional value for money. Some rooms face the canal and some the gardens.

Dear Mercury45,
Happy to know that you had a pleasent stay in our hotel.
We are connected with the Marco Polo airport with a pubblic transportation Alilaguna Orange Line, which is the easy way to reach it. We are far from the mass, anyways in few minutes can reach either St. Mark square or the island.
Our room are little bite spaicious respect the smaller size around Venice, that's to permitted at our guest to stay comfortable in the room.
The staff is always at your disposal and also they are prepared to give you all the information you need to spend a beautiful time in Venice.
Hiping to see you sooner as a guest.
Best Regads

The hotel is located in the Cannaregio area of Venice alongside a canal which offers easy access to all of Venice's attractions.
There is a water bus stop outside the hotel but we chose to walk through the lovely maze of streets over to the Rialto Bridge & St Marks square etc.Its not too far at all and we came across nice churches, museums , architecture, canals, shops & cafes along the way. It is also worth exploring the area behind the hotel as you can find nice restaurants and shops there.
. The hotel is very clean & friendly & the rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious we found.
There is a relaxing bar area too where we would have pre dinner cocktails which has a lovely relaxing ambience to it.
Breakfast was nice as well with a good selection of food served on the buffet.
We would highly recommend the Carnival palace to anyone visiting Venice

Room tip: Choose a higher priced room for better views.

Stayed here for five nights in september of last year and it was a enjoyable stay. It's a few minutes walk from the nearest water stop and it's location is perfect because it's away from the hustle of the city. St Mark's square is roughly a twenty to twenty five minute walk. It's a lovely little boutique hotel with views of the canal to the front and the garden to the rear. The rooms are nice and elegant with venitian furnishings which fit in so well. The en suite was great which had a walk-in shower and it came with the usual free accessories. The staff were friendly and helpful from day one to our checkout. The breakfast variety was fine too. I would certainly stay here again on my next visit.
