The receptionists are lovely and friendly, offering help when needed. The rooms are small but they are perfect for a city break where you don’t spend much time in your room! The location is right in the centre, near everything so you never have to walk to far. The elevator is very slow but it is hilarious and if you don’t like it you can just take the stairs! The only downside is the that walls are very thin so you can hear everything your neighbour do so I advise yo to bring ear plugs. Also the breakfast selection isn’t the greatest. There are tea bags but no hot water and no cold milk for the cereal. However we have had a lovely, enjoyable stay and it has been perfect for us in Venice!

Stayed for3 nights and I'm glad to leave, my husband and I found the bed very hard and woke up with back ache, room was clean and made up every day. But our main thing thing here was the staff were very rude and not helpful at all. It costs nothing to have manners and the staff here had none

Next time we chose an hotel where it s not like sharing your room with other customers. We can hear any whisper of the room from the left and the room from the right. You can also hear the shower and toilet which is actually really lovely and sharming.

You step out of hotel and you’re in the midst of shops and the buzz of people, walking distance to San Marco square! However, the room was way too small and the breakfast area was also very small.
The room and bathroom were clean

This was my third time staying here now. I just love it. The location is perfect and everyone is so friendly. San Marco is just a short walk and the hotel is beautifully located close enough to everything, but far enough away from the hustle at peak times.
